The area of the portion of land being sold (Section (B) is approximately 10.6601 hectares (26.3411 acres). The land is irregular in shape, vacant with some sections prone to flooding whenever it rains heavily. There's also a section that features a swamp area. The land is overgrown with shrubs and trees and is partially enclosed with barbwire attached to wooden posts. Storm water drains run from the land across the main road and there is also a JPS easement that runs along its northern boundary. There is an access way at the north-western section of the land which provide access through sections of the land. . It is suitable for agricultural/ /farmstead/residential subdivisions.
